We are proud to announce of another acquisition in the Chicago Metro!

Today we have acquired another 6 units building in one of the western Chicago suburbs – Bellwood.

The acquisition was funded by a private investor that was purchasing this property as a cash deal.

The plans for this property is to rehab, populate the building and later on this year to re-finance (we already have financing options).

diversifying our portfolio

This acquisition is finalized 6 months after our previous acquisition of our 48 units and is diversifying our portfolio in the Chicagoland Metro.

If you would like to partner with us on such deals, drop us a line.

Happy investing,
