Our new Acquisition – 32 units apartment complex

We are thrilled to announce our latest acquisition – a 32 units apartment complex in Oak Forest IL.

This off-market acquisition was not an easy one, to say the least. We have started working on it in November 2017 and it was cancelled twice before we were able to get it done. A BIG thank you goes to our incredible team that didn’t give up and made the impossible for this deal to happen!!

This property has the potential of generating great returns for our investors.

Happy Thursday to all,

The KERRA team.
