We are proud to announce that we have completed the re-financing of our 48 units complex in Hickory Hills.
This step completed 18 month after we have acquired this property.
During those 18 months we have run a massive rehab, rented out the units to new tenants and stabilized the property to generate a stable cash-flow.
That is a great achievement to our partnership!!
