Here is the moment we have been waiting for… We have put the first 7 units on the market!!!
In parallel we are continuing with the rehab of the rest of the units and the work is going well. We also have our first tenant that will be moving from one of the units into a rehabbed one. He will be paying $850 which is much more than we expected when we run our numbers.
